The accepted posters will be presented as printed posters. All posters will appear on poster boards in the poster area and will be available for viewing for participants at all times during the conference.
SUBMIT YOUR POSTER
The MESROB Organizing Committee is pleased to invite you to submit a MESROB Poster Presentation for consideration for the MESROB 2021.
Posters must be submitted via email mrodic@kenes.com until the extended deadline 1st April 2021 (23:59 CEST).
Sample pptx temlate for E-posters
All posters are required to be prepared according to the below instructions and to be sent to email address mrodic@kenes.com until above deadline. Email subject “MRW Poster Submission” should be used.
All submitted posters will be scored by 2 members of the Scientific Committee.
Acceptance letters will be sent by April 5, 2021 via e-mail. Relevant information about your poster presentation will be sent to you beginning of May.
The poster presenting author must be registered for the conference at the latest by April 19, 2021.
Posters submitted by presenting authors who do not register for the conference and do not complete the payment by the deadline will be removed from the final programme and will not be published.
The accepted posters will be presented as e-posters. All posters will be available for viewing for participants at all times during the conference.
The award committee will select the following prizes among all the accepted posters for MESROB 2021 based on reviewer score and performance in the online presentation pitch.
Gold award: 200€
Silver award: 150€
Bronze award: 100€
